Kahakai Kitchen
From the site: “Originally from the beautiful but rainy Pacific Northwest, I have been living and working in beautiful and (mostly) sunny Hawaii for the past nine years. It’s me and one grumpy but loveable cat (Max). I love all things related to food and cooking. I especially like making healthy food that tastes great. Kahakai is a Hawaiian word for Beach. Living in beautiful Hawaii, I like to spend time at the beach and in the kitchen. This blog is about cooking, eating and living (mostly healthy) in Paradise.”
